Where do your products come from?
We work with a small group of suppliers and partner warehouses, currently overseas. We pick products for quality and reviews, then ship straight from them to you. That's how we keep prices friendly.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. US addresses only for now.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.
What if it arrives broken or wrong?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You don't need to send it back. Returns details.
Can I return something I just don't love?
Yes, unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions.
Are the squishies for kids?
The Jumbo Cheese Squish is designed for ages 14 and up. It's a desk toy, not a baby toy. Don't heat it, microwave it, or bite it, and keep it out of direct sun and hot cars.
