Arrived damaged, defective, or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.
Changed your mind?
No hard feelings. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery:
- Contact us first with your order number. Please don't mail anything without talking to us, because we'll give you the right return address.
- Send the item back. Return shipping is on you for change-of-mind returns.
- Once it arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
For lower-priced items, we sometimes just say “keep it” and refund you anyway. Not a promise, but it happens.
Can't return
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Squishies that have been opened, for hygiene reasons (unless they arrived damaged or defective)
