We ship to addresses in the United States only (for now).

- Free shipping on orders over $35
- $4.95 flat rate on everything else
How long it takes
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Our current finds ship from our partner warehouses overseas and arrive in about 7–14 business days after that.
We know that's not next-day. It's how we find things that aren't on every store shelf and keep them affordable. During the holidays, carriers get slammed and things can take a few extra days. We'll post gift cut-off dates in November.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating, so don't panic if it's quiet at first.
Multiple items
If you order more than one thing, they may arrive in separate packages.
Something off?
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
