Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States addresses only.

Rates: free shipping on orders over $35. A $4.95 flat rate applies to all other orders.

Processing time: 1-3 business days.

Delivery time after processing: about 7-14 business days from our overseas partner warehouses. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking: a tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to begin updating.

Orders with items from different locations may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or late orders: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will send a replacement or a refund.
