30-day happiness guarantee

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the item.

Change-of-mind returns: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number and we will provide the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we refund the item price to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Not returnable: items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery; opened squishy toys, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Lost packages: if your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund.
